  1. Key definition

  1. Operation method

The power on self test
Connect the power supply, input and output of the instrument according to the terminal connection of the instrument.
Check the wiring of the instrument carefully, and switch on the power supply before the error is correct.
After the instrument is connected with the power supply, it enters the initial self check state immediately, and enters the measuring state after a few seconds, and then measures it according to the preset parameters in the instrument.
The parameter value set
PressKey, 3 seconds after the instrument into the parameter setting, parameter symbols are displayed in the top display, parameter values in the row display. At this point, you can modify the parameter values by increasing and decreasing the key. You can also pressThe key stores this parameter and does it.

Eight, matters needing attention

 

  1. Insert the instrument into the opening of the instrument panel, the opening tolerance should be moderate, install and install the screw, tighten the shell properly, and insert the instrument with self locking into the hole.
  2. Check the instrument number, specification and current and voltage is the same as the instrument.
  3. For thermocouple input signal, please choose the same material as thermocouple compensation wire.
  4. For thermal resistance input signal, please use the same specifications of low resistance wire, and the length of the three lines as much as possible.
  5. Pay special attention to the power input line, the signal input line can not be wrong, and the output terminal is short circuited by strong current, etc..
  6. The power line is separated from the signal line, so as to reduce the influence of electromagnetic radiation on the instrument, and choose the shielding line as far as possible.
  7. Please note: the number of index instrument models with the temperature range and the delivery time of the other special requirements.
